@Jevrix9 Similar situation but different just went down to 2 of my neighbors. Neighbor 1 found out neighbor 2’s well was about 5 foot on neighbor 1’s property. Resolution neighbor 1 told neighbor 2 that if he paid for the change to the deed he would give him that little strip of land.

@Matt_Pinner Three points here;1, no one has the right of way, 2 merging vehicles are supposed to yield right of way to the traffic in the lane, and biggest vehicle wins every time in a crash ( “you can be right and still be dead “) .
