@willattar @Bell_Support Only thing I use Twitter for is to complain to @Bell_Support for my 96 yr old grandmothers account which they couldn’t even find in their system today. Guess I don’t have to pay anymore 😜
1.5 Hrs on the phone with @bell_support customer service just to get them to send me a tech is unacceptable for one of Canada’s largest corporation. I am livid right now and STILL on hold waiting to get an appointment
