@Tesco I’m not sure what’s happened here but, after taking these out of my freezer to defrost, I’ve discovered the Chinese style chicken thighs I’d bought aren’t Chinese style at all but plain chicken thighs…! There’s literally no Chinese style marinade on them at all…

@FitnessRewards1 I did manage to go for a 6k run yesterday in the sunshine though. Taking my daughter for her ‘run club’ 1 mile run tomorrow that she’d normally have done at school on a weds morning ☺️
