This Government’s incompetence, its cronyism, its ideological obsession with outsourcing and rip-off privatisation has undermined our NHS and put lives at risk.

I noticed MPs have had 8 pay rises over the last decade. So I’d like to suggest, in the spirit of solidarity, when the next one is due, we give them a few claps, bang a few saucepans, charge them to park at work, and we call it quits.

In answer to my question the Minister has confirmed that each glove is counted as a separate piece of PPE, so when they talk about 200 pieces of PPE, they mean a box of gloves. Just so everyone understands how little PPE was made available.
