I got tears in my eyes listening to this today.

Once again, @RealCandaceO took a moment to thank every single person who has contributed to the Charlie Kirk assassination investigation. She has never acted like this is about her. From the beginning, she’s made it clear this is a collective effort, and I think that says everything about her character.

This is exactly why I support Candace and her work.

Following this story has cost me more than I ever imagined. I’ve lost relationships, been criticized, and had moments where I wondered if it was worth it. But what I’ve gained is something I never expected: an incredible community, genuine friendships, and renewed hope that there are still good people willing to stand together, ask difficult questions, and seek the truth no matter the cost.

None of this happens because of one person. It happens because thousands of ordinary people refuse to look away, refuse to be intimidated, and continue pushing forward together.

I want to offer my sincerest apologies to those who I offended - especially my fellow Reformed Baptists who appear to be the most grievously vexed - for taking the opportunity to share the gospel and defend historic Christian theology without first receiving your explicit, written permission. Shame on me.

There I was, minding my own business, writing my I2I and NXR substack and raising chickens, and got an invitation to go on Tucker’s program, and didn’t stop once - not a single time - to double check it was okay with you. That’s my bad. I’ll own that.

I was, selfishly, excited to talk about the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus and Jesus’ role as a global Messiah to draw all men to Himself, and didn’t stop once to consider how this could affect your feelings. HOWEVER..

I have BEGGED YOU, for the love of God and with tears in my eyes, to boldly proclaim the truth as it pertains to modern Israel in the public marketplace of ideas and not just in your seminary lecture halls and Sunday School classrooms. I pled with you to grasp that NOW is your moment to herald the truth, that YOU were called to the task.

So, if you’re one of those complaining I am “not a good representative of Covenant Theology,” just remember I’ve been giving you a hard time for choosing not to represent it at all, just so you could avoid an antisemitism accusation. You chose silence.

Because, after all, I just raise chickens. But God gave me the opportunity, so I took it. Maybe - and just take this as free advice - be grateful the Truth was spoken, and the Truth was heard, and God’s Truth will accomplish its purpose, and will not return void.

The thing is, I didn’t orchestrate the invitation to speak. God did. Take it up with the Almighty.

Jordan Peterson once said “you cannot twist the fabric of reality without it snapping back”. Though his words were not shared in the context of today’s current events, they ought to be recalled as we examine the objective failure of this administration’s disastrous decision to attack Iran.

Over the last three years especially, we have watched Zionists bend the fabric of reality; They have purchased views, influencers and journalists. They have activated millions of online bots. They even went so far as to stage an open takeover of Tik-Tok when they grew incensed that the youth was sympathetic to Palestine.

With a seemingly unlimited budget, they have feverishly banned accounts and passed speech laws—only to discover that none of these actions amount to real power. In fact, they represent actions taken when power is on the brink of collapse.

Because while bots can land in every comment section across social media,they cannot land planes in the Middle East. Bots are not capable of putting their boots on the ground and delivering you Iran. It turns out you still need real human beings for that. The very kind that they have banned, blocked, and smeared for the better part of the last three years.

No matter how many articles Bari Weiss publishes or how many monologues Mark Levin stammers through, the overwhelming majority of people in the world sense that Charlie Kirk was murdered for opposing this war and that Israel’s hands are not clean in the story. Charlie Kirk’s assassination and Netanyahu’s response to it, was consequential to Israel.

There is a foundational principle that magicians should never believe in their own magic. It is important to draw a distinction between illusion and reality. It was not magic that maintained Israel’s place in the world. It was a reality that people like myself and like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly (however ignorant we may or may not have been in our earlier assessments) once genuinely supported Israel and thought Zionism was a moral position. We may have been wrong but we were many. More crucially, the American people as a whole believed in the innocence and friendship of Israel and were therefore willing to die overseas to defend Her.

All of that goodwill has now evaporated and it happened virtually overnight. In their sheer arrogance, rather than meaningfully working to restore relationships, zionists continue to use tactics of slander, deception, law-fare and yes, murder to force their perspectives. They no longer seem capable of making a distinction between illusion and reality. They wrongly assumed that with enough money, they could purchase truth.

Zionists are quite literally their own worst enemies right now. No one believes them about anything anymore, nor should they. Calls to “prosecute Tucker Carlson” or to “bankrupt Candace Owens” register to the public as exactly what they are: Rabid, ill-advised demands from a bunker normally made right before an empire is about to fall.

Before reality snaps back.

Dear Friends of Candace Owens and those who follow her or have taken an interest in her work,

At this point in our broken world’s history the dedicated pursuit of truth has never been important, and Irina and I support Candace in her dedicated search for the truth.

Much truth has been revealed, even over the last two weeks.

It has shaken decent souls in this world and other people of goodwill to their core.

Frankly, the quality of evil we have been exposed to, is hard to fathom.

In the process of our openly communicating our support for Candace, some bad actors have been creating disinformation.

While we could leave this uncorrected, we have no wish for this to distract from Candace’s mission of getting to the truth.

So, to be clear, at no time have I, my wife, or any associated entities ever funded Candace Owens personally or provided any financial investment in her current business or to her family in any capacity, either directly or indirectly.

Not that we would not have been honoured to have done so or helped in that way, but that just happens to be the simple truth of the matter, despite any false speculation on this point.

We simply admire Candace Owens’ abilities: the way she thinks (we are not alone in that), finds and arrives at truths that seem to evade others, her joyful sense of humour, and her innovative Christian spirit of play.

We were proud to assist in supporting the launch of Turning Point UK in 2018 and, through introductions and US friendships, did help to facilitate the raising of considerable support for Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action in the United States.

We think this was a unique moment for Western civilisation.

In particular, during 2018–2019, when Candace Owens and Charlie Kirk were laying the foundations of the movement that they worked on and created together with the TPUSA team.

Several of our introductions proved to be highly significant and helpful to Turning Point’s rapid growth at that time and for future expansion, and these remain part of it to this day.

They are part of Turning Point’s past history and of its current donor dynamic. In that regard, we mainly communicated and worked with Charlie at that time.

That is one of the reasons why, on October 31, 2019, Charlie Kirk wrote to us,

“John, you and Irina have been the 2019 change maker for us.” Charlie Kirk

While others attempted to profit, and indeed did personally profit from raising resources from donors for Charlie and for running the Turning Point businesses and its associated groups, we chose not to.

We helped, often at our own expense, simply because we believed in Charlie and his noble purpose to protect and strengthen free speech.

Our relationship with Candace and George is one of family friendship and mutual respect.

We have sincere admiration for Candace and for George, and we certainly support their positive and benign goals and purposes.

We wish them every possible success in their mission to know the truth.

The road to truth can be a tough road, but once on it for real, it is the one road that, once sincerely embarked upon, one has to go all the way down.

I believe that we can all get to that destination at some point in our eternal existence.

It is very pleasing to us that we played a chance, but in hindsight seemingly providential, role in introducing George and Candace, and we are delighted that they have a strong and bountiful marriage and young family.

We do not, and have never, played any role in advising Candace or George, in directing her, or influencing her views, decisions, communications, or activities in any way, philosophically, religiously, politically, commercially, or otherwise.

Candace is entirely sovereign in what she does and in what she communicates.

Long may that continue, for we believe there is more truth to know.

We are simply very proud to witness what she is doing to find the truth, to expose evil -- and to call her and George friends.

As there has been some inaccurate speculation to the contrary, we felt that, to set the record straight, we should make this clear.

Candace is doing very well in creating her platform with George and their team, and it would be quite wrong for anyone to imagine that we have been or are involved in that beyond being observers of the rise in the success of her Number One Podcast and popularity and the simple fact of the affinity that naturally comes with a long acquaintance and friendship.

Candace and George are people of goodwill.

We also appreciate that Candace is helping to keep Charlie Kirk’s legacy pure and the memory of who he really was and what his actual viewpoints were, alive and documented.
