@Liathetrader It's all about timing in the RE market. Now, the market is too hot and prices too high. I bought a 110k home in a nice neighborhood for 110k (the kids from CA who inherited it just wanted to sell fast) sold it for 325k 6 years later. There are just few opportunities right now.

The thing I like most about winters in St Louis is that a ton of beautiful bald eagles hunt in our rivers. There's been more and more every year since they were removed from the endangered list. Absolutely magnificent birds. Had the pleasure of releasing one back in the wild at the Wild Bird Sanctuary.

@SCfootball4lyfe @FreddyLA7 Missouri has some of the most beautiful rivers and countryside. Natural springs as well which are quite cold even in the summer (50 degrees) which are so refreshing. Our neighbor Kansas is flat and desolate, though. Alabama Gulf Shores are supremely underrated as well.
