@AlaskaAir After nearly 4 hours on hold, my call just randomly “drops” - there’s no customer agents around and I can’t change my booking online. I’m literally stuck and SO tired of this hold music.
Pretty sure my bags are already in Seattle.
Are there any other options?

First @AmericanAir changed my intl flight to an earlier one without telling me so I barely rescheduled my Covid test in time and now @AlaskaAir has cancelled my flightto SEA and I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. I’m stuck in Dallas, it’s 12am and I have no idea when I’ll be home :(
