Very emotional night last night getting this award. It's a testament to our amazing young people who worked so hard on the toolkit to make it the award winning resource it is ✨️
We are holding an HOPE & CELEBRATION event online for our Walk With Us: Toolkit to Support Children, Young People & Families Affected or Bereaved by Suicide.

@balatacarter @boardmasters@SouthWestWater A lot of the water taps are hand washing taps within the portaloo sections- bit unsanitary pressing the same taps to fill your water that people who have just had a poo are pressing to wash their hands x

@Elizabellajames@CornwallFRS@boardmasters@SkyNews Some camp sites STILL don't have water- just spoke to someone who's had their tent robbed of all their water bottles. Lots of the water taps in the main arena are dribbling hot water, that won't help protect against heatstroke!

The stigma around the diagnosis EUPD needs to stop. It needs to be recognised as a trauma disorder…Emotionally unstable trauma response seems more fitting…do you agree? @Chilypep@DSM5@rcpsych

This theme is my favourite- Put the Us in Coronavirus! Young people have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic and need support with the long lasting effects!
#Day8 - the final day of our #OCTAcampaign!
Many young people have struggled with mental health problems throughout the pandemic, and it’s still affecting so many lives. That’s why, now more than ever, it is essential we improve young people’s mental health services in Sheffield.
Keep Us in the Loop, Don't Make us Jump Through Hoops! Communication between individual services needs to improve, as well as communication to young people around their care!
Treat the Human, Not the Label! Young people in Sheffield face a lot of discrimination when accessing mental health support, based on their diagnosis/ethnicity/sexual identity and this needs to change!!
