@AmericanAir @Minne_miraaa Absolutely terrible customer service. AA just tosses u around from one rep to another till you’re exhausted & give up. Still awaiting my hotel reimbursement for the delay of flight AA2429 from SEA to DFW on Jul 8, 2025. Never flying AA again & telling all my close ones about it.
