@Hobbycraft we asked hobby craft if they could donation anything even if it was just one ball of wool and this is what they gave us! The off cuts are from them and the manager was so lovely! That he bought the others and the needles himself. You’ve given me hope in this time 💖

Just visited @Hobbycraft in Basingstoke. What the best bunch of people they are! My mum works for a primary school and still have children going in, they’ve decided to knit for premature babies but needed donations of wool and knitting needles.

I used to see teenagers on their own walking their dogs or sitting by themselves, I’m now seeing families, together laughing and playing. It’s so nice to see.

Is it just me? As bad as this virus is, I feel it’s made all people reconnect with the outdoors. I don’t see children on their phones anymore, I see them climbing trees, running or playing football. Why has something so horrible got to make us see what we take for granted?

i just got back from italy & was required to self quarantine in my room for 14 days so my parents ate every meal with me from the hallway. i don’t deserve them :’)
