@ThomasCookUK Paid our full holiday balance mid May. DCL check in opened June 8th, unable to proceed as our balance hasn't been paid. Our TC TA said it will be paid next week, Friday, by next Tues repeatedly. Now able to check in only to not be able to book activities onboard.
