@virginmedia Still not great finally got through to someone but apparently there’s a password on the account, which we have never set and can’t change online because we don’t have access to the email you created, I now have to wait for that in the post and then try and get through again!
@virginmedia so disappointed in your service! Called yesterday but system was down, called tonight and been on the phone for over an hour to get cut off by 2 different people! Can’t do anything online because you’ve assigned a random email to my nans account!!

@McDonalds absolutely disgusted that after a week & half of being debited twice after using your app, I have still not had a reply from your customer services. I will not be using your app again, there is clearly issues with it. I would appreciate a reply&refund ASAP #mcdonaldsuk

@UniSouthWales Thanks but this doesn’t have any info about times after 1 June? I have an exam on the 6th so would like to know what access is available until then
