2 personal updates 🙂 1: I started a new job this week! This will be my 3rd job working in tech. It’s so cool to look back at how far I’ve come since writing my first line of code only 2 years ago!!

[Becky Robinson @beckyiscoding]

2: I recently partnered with @junocollege as a #JunoAmbassador yay!! That means I would love to talk to you about learning code, making career changes, job hunting, starting a new job remotely during a pandemic, being a creative working in tech etc etc!

I think crying at work might actually be worse remotely. IRL others can see you are getting overwhelmed and need a moment to collect yourself, but on a call your voice just gets all weird from trying not to show it or you just go silent cause you can't speak without crying 🙃😅

And also also support your musician friends by buying their music!! Thanks bye!

Today my boyfriend released his first album, 'Apropos of Nothing'!! If you're into jazz or even just enjoy listening to instrumental stuff while working, you should give it a listen🎷You can purchase it here https://t.co/DAN8BsXkLy or stream everywhere!

[Becky Robinson @beckyiscoding]

But anyway, I wanted to share this because I'm super proud and I love this music and all of the people who play on the recording and also I designed the cover so that's cool too!!!

If your job is to write html & css, you ARE a front end developer!!!! Apparently I still have to say this!

[Becky Robinson @beckyiscoding]

Today a coworker (also a developer, on the same project as me) asked me if I'd ever be interested in becoming a developer. Excuse me while I try not to read into this too much 😐

[Becky Robinson @beckyiscoding]

I think what he meant was if I want to become a "real" developer. Which doesn't feel good 😕

[Becky Robinson @beckyiscoding]

@emmafattori Thank you Emma 😊

[Becky Robinson @beckyiscoding]
