@ReginaKing@JimmyKimmelLive@netflix I loved your plot in this movie. Great acting, @ReginaKing. The way you performed your role... You gave this movie body and character. Thank you. 🥰🥰🥰
@SonofBaldwin this is why i always side eye the “demographic change” narratives that ignore the fact that their minority status has never meant they weren’t in complete control; slavery in the Americas, colonialism in Asia and Africa. they prefer to be the elite minority over everyone else.
@TahirDuckett Plus, that 16,000 number likely under states the number of people killed by police. MPD originally reported George Floyd as having died in custody at the Hennepin County Medical center, not as having been killed by police.
Stats vary a bit, but here's a study that put the number of on-duty murder convictions at 4 (these were only shootings) as of mid-2019: https://t.co/dlvgegaiP7
As for yearly killings, the Post puts it at about 1k per year, but again that's only shootings: https://t.co/fqIbcovATp
BREAKING: Exit polls show that Bolivia's Movement Towards Socialism have won the presidency in the 1st round with 52.4% of the vote. This is an even higher score than when Evo Morales won in 2019.
The return of democracy in Bolivia didn't come for free. So many young people gave their lives in the fight against the US coup. These are the heroes of Sacaba. In Senkata, Yapacaní & Pedregal too, so many paid the ultimate price for their country.
