@KristynKathleen @AirCanada AND you’re still taking chances paying to select your seats. I’ve had @AirCanada change our plane to one with a different seat configuration, and just generate seats, splitting us up AFTER we paid.

@KristynKathleen @AirCanada It’s only gotten worse since they started overbooking/cancelling flights and cramming 2 flights onto 1.Everything is revenue generating now. It’s crazy to pay $60pp to pick seats as the only way to guarantee to sit with people on the SAME booking.

@KristynKathleen @AirCanada I honestly don’t understand why any passenger under at least 12 doesn’t AUTOMATICALLY get a seat next to whoever else is on the booking. I get both sides, if some people have to pay to sit together everyone should. But I also do not want to sit next to someone else’s kid alone😉
