Getting a dog has saved my marriage. I am getting more exercise from walking the dog, and my mental health is much improved as a result, and being a dog-owner has rekindled in my wife a fun-loving and caring side that I had almost forgotten existed. In short, dogs are class.

I joined a group on Facebook called ‘Reducing UPF foods’ after reading Ultra Processed People by @DoctorChrisVT. There were a couple of thousand people in the group then, but within weeks there are 37,000 members. Feels like there’s a food revolution on its way. Really hope so.

Hive mind, can anyone help? We’re on holiday and Pearl’s hair has gone really weird - feels waxy and clumped together. She been swimming in the pool and there’s the hot weather humidity too. No amount of shampoo or conditioner is helping. Anyone got ideas? It’s making her v.sad
