Two young girls, aged 14 and 15, were killed after hitchhiking in an unknown VW Polo motor vehicle, intending to travel to Ga-Motodi village near Burgersfort Limpopo, on Saturday, 02 May 2026.

Preliminary investigations indicated that four minor girls had accepted a lift at about 23:00.

According to the police in Limpopo, the vehicle reportedly changed direction towards Alberton, prompting the girls to exit the vehicle while in motion and flee on foot.

While running, two of the girls were struck by a white VW Polo motor vehicle travelling in the opposite direction, and one of them fell into the river.

This MRI study on young kids just exposed something terrifying:

They scanned the brains of 60 children aged 3–5 — including 5-year-old Rose — and found interactive screen time is causing measurable loss of white matter in their developing brains. Even just 2 hours a day is linked to impaired neural connectivity, language, and literacy development.

Professor Mike Nagel (neuroscientist and father) said his first reaction was simply: “Wow… I was not anticipating seeing anything like that.”

We’re physically changing children’s brains before they even start school — and the damage is visible on scans.

This one actually unsettled me. I’ve always suspected too much screen time was bad, but seeing real white matter loss in toddlers hits different.

Mazwi has been missing for over 20 days.

WHAT WE KNOW:

An individual, whose identity remains undisclosed, has provided information indicating that Mazwi was abducted by occupants of a white Corolla lacking a visible registration plate.

It has been alleged that a Pakistani national, who previously operated a tuck shop, was requested to vacate the premises by the landlord. Following their refusal, the landlord reportedly ask the community members to facilitate their eviction before Mazwi moved into the tuckshop to run his business.

Upon inquiry by the sister to individuals and friends frequenting the tuck shop, it was revealed that an individual named Zulu had been pressuring Mazwi to sell his tuck shop to "Pakistanis." Mazwi had consistently declined these requests, as he did not understand the motivation behind the persistent requests to divest ownership of the tuck shop.

A missing person’s case was opened on the 05th of April
