@lastminute_com Yeah I have the message, but clearly it’s a copy and pasted answer that gives me no info at all, we’re now a month after the event and I am no closer to having a solution, could you please advise like I originally asked....
How long does it take to get a refund @lastminute_com? We were due to go to Venice on 14th March and it was cancelled for obvious reasons, There has been no communication since 23/3/2020. How do we move forward with this?
