@RenttheRunway NOTHING in my shipment that arrived 36 hrs ago is ACCEPTABLE. I am quite honestly SEVERELY disappointed in your level of service and quality. Everything was either stained, wrinkled, smelled dirty or had a rip in the hem of the skirt. I don't want to keep anything!
My family of 6 is extremely frustrated with @vrbo for not stepping up and assisting us w/ an upcoming reservation in Paris flat. The host has been contacted 5 times for over a month and still has not replied. We arrive on 24th of June, fly 23rd and need our check-in directions.
