@Nisbets terrible customer service. Requested return by courier collection at the beginning of September. Despite numerous email and phone calls the items remain uncollected. I’m out of pocket but their lack of action indicates they do not care. Buyer beware.

@Nisbets I can’t pm you as you only accept private messages from verified accounts.I’ve sent numerous emails, courier collection has been arranged but no courier arrives.I cannot receive a refund till the goods have been collected but no arranged collection takes place with no explanation
