@zomato @zomatocare I ordered a ice cream of worth 162 and zomato delivered a 35 rs cup. And zomato customer support executive refuse to give refund? This is how you treat your regular customer. This is your responsibility to give refund.

@zomato @zomatocare we are ordering from zomato because we trust that zomato will make sure to deliver proper item or compensate in case of inconvenience. But in my case no help from zomato at all. @swiggy_in @SwiggyCares is best.

The delivery agent send me refund of one transaction from his own mobile no and said that refund of another transaction will be with in 2 day, but its 17 day gone but I didn't get my refund yet. Order details attached for reference

@LimeroadOnline I bought a t-shirt from your store. And During delivery I tried to pay online twice,both of them got pending and I paid cash to delivery boy. After some time both of the pending transaction got successful. I got only one refund upon calling.
