@BajaliPolice @dibrugarhpolice A person is collecting fund in Pathsala for some sort of nature campaign on behalf of an ngo from Chabua, Dibrugarh. I doubt it may be a scam as I couldn't find their name on govt's websites. Also data available on the receipt are insufficient.
