Did You Know⁉️

Axion DAO Has Three Legal Officer Equivalents: Chief Administrator, Treasurer & Secretary.

They handle filings, records & real-world administration, but they cannot override on-chain governance. The Council selects the Treasurer & Secretary by 60% vote, giving us real-world legal capability while keeping members in control.

Axion DAO’s Management Team Can Be Hired Or Contracted For Up To Three Years, But Stakeholders Must Approve The Contract

Management executes approved decisions and runs the operation, but it does not govern the DAO.

This is what Professional Execution, Council Oversight, and Stakeholder Control should look like.

Axion DAO Can Act Immediately In A True Emergency

This can only take place with approval from 75% of the seated Mastermind Council AND the Management Team.

This action must then go to Stakeholders for ratification within 30 days.

Fast when necessary. Accountable by design.

Emergency Actions & Legal Advice

If formal legal advice warns a decision could seriously cause harm, the Council & Management Team has the tools to manage.

During our first 12 months, they can also adapt certain procedures to solve unexpected launch problems, but never bypass core voting, treasury or constitutional protections.

Flexibility with limits. Stakeholders stay in control.

Did You Know⁉️

Axion DAO Requires More Than a Simple Majority.

60% of eligible voting power must participate, and 60% For or Against decides the outcome. Neither? Back for revision. Abstain counts toward quorum, not the result.

These rules give our community governance real structure under Utah law.

The Mastermind Council reviews proposals, oversees Management, and can help stop harmful actions.

Proposals with 40% support can bypass Council review; emergency actions expire after 60 days; and Stakeholders retain ultimate control.
