@KelseySeybold gave me a quote for a procedure and affirmed me twice that it was accurate because they confirmed it with my insurance (they did not). Guess who got charged way more than the quote? & Guess who is saying they’re not liable for giving BS quotes? Go anywhere else!!
@PhDEI_Econ Thank you so, so much! I truly appreciate all that the initiative has done for me along my journey and look forward to seeing everyone again at the workshop this summer!
🧵 And in a most incredible “first” @brandyephd in 2023 became the first of our fellows to receive a PhD (UMN Carlson) and is now an Organizational Behavior Postdoc at Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University! 🎉 🙌
I’m excited to share that I have earned my Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Work and Organizations department of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota! 🥳🥳🥳
Proud August 2023 graduate!
I will miss you all at @csom_phd!
It was icing on the cake wrapping up our #PhDEI2023 New York trip having brunch with @Spelman_Econ / VLab alumnae, including @cflakes44, @femme_economics, @BrandySarahE, Kendyl Curry, Kirsten Burr, and Thandi Weza.
Always good to see you all — can’t wait till the next time!
@BrandySarahE @csom_phd I feel you on that. I too have heard horror stories, but I can hardly utter a bad word about my own experience.
Positive stories like (y)ours should be heard more often!
My feed is full of horror stories about PhD programs. So much so that I almost feel guilty expressing how positive my grad school experience has been. No program is perfect, but I'm very proud to be a part of @csom_phd given their lasting support of my mental health & well-being.
Thank you to all the students, coaches and sponsors of the 2021-2022 High School Econ Clubs, which provided an opportunity for us to engage with high schoolers interested in economics nationwide! @GoldmanSachs#EconTwitter Learn more at: https://t.co/V1Up8xWogj
