With the latest release of Magento, a new release policy of security patches has been introduced. Developers are now able to simply append a patch version and use, for example 2.3.3-p1, while securely staying on the release in production. Nice!

@wsakaren Best guess would be the system setup itself - elk stack config, memory / hosting configuration and last not least - implementation. You're on the right track, elk should be able to easily handle this amount of data. Personally, I use built-in logging and ElasticHQ for debugging.
