@thief_pasta I think it's understandable, for myriad of reasons, to feel that way. Have you tried talking to someone about this feeling, even if it might make you and another feel uncomfortable? Unburdening the self is a gift and might be some freedom and relief from the rain of tears inside.

@AstroJ_ I think something crucial I was told about is that there's a ton of classics and old stuff that, while has naturally outdated language and beliefs and all that, really does hold up better than some people believe, analysis and definitely prose-wise, than most modern retellings.

@AstroJ_ Martha, there wasn't a lot in the comics to work off of. Brainiac had the Rogue Kryptonian A.I. take that S:TAS already did and isn't usually his ideal, but it's the unmistakeable EGO in him that grounds his villainy, the notion that he alone can and should do Imperialism Better.
