💭: how do you feel when you have to change to impact, which is bigger and has a much larger scale?
🎸: there were several moments
🦈: there were a lot of different feelings.
🎸: there were several moments. there was the moment when they called me and said, “we’re changing the venue na” at that moment, i was walking on the treadmill. then they said, “we’re changing the venue to impact”. i was like, “huh?” i literally stopped the treadmill right then. “what? is this for real?” because we had previously mentioned in interviews that we really wanted williamest to perform at impact. and then suddenly, it actually happened. we weren’t prepared for it at all, so i was like, “ohoii”. because it was like the image we had imagined before. so once we found out that it was going to be impact, we had to shut everything down and start imagining everything from scratch again. and that was difficult. just hearing the name “impact” was already difficult because if we’re talking about people who have performed there as a pair, there’s geminifourth who i’ve seen before. they’re a really great pair, so i asked them, “is it difficult?” and they said it was difficult. so we kind of had to share and talk about it together.
🦈: there were so many feelings. just like william said, we had already talked about how, “if one day we could perform at impact, that would be really great, right?” and we also saw all the fans manifesting for it to be at impact. but honestly, i think we were manifesting it too. it was like all of us were manifesting it together. but suddenly, it actually happened, even though it wasn’t something we expected to happen so soon because we already had a concert planned at bitec. and then, all of a sudden it became real. were we happy? we were very very happy. but when the venue was moved, it also came with pressure. because i feel like the more people there are and the bigger the scale becomes, the more we have to push ourselves and work even harder to make sure that everyone who comes to watch gets the most worthwhile experience possible.
