Me: "mum, you make me clean my room like the visitors are gonna go in and check if my floor is clean."

Because I'm a Muslim, Indian, girl in hijab?
These 3 encounters were ones I chose to mention. The worst part is not a single non-muslim, non-indian person disrespected me the entire day.

So this past weekend I was a medic at the NWU MSA Potch Chapter Soccer Tournament. Which might I add was a huge success Alhamdulilaah.
P.S I'm Vice-Chairperson and a qualified level 3 First Aider.
So why do I feel to tell this? And why the need to vent?
1. Because I was undermined on all 3 instances.
2. Because I take my time to assess a situation and speak to the person does not mean I don't know what I'm doing.
3. Is this how it's going to be in every working situation?
