Day 2 of exercise and I can tell the difference in my attitude and relationship with my body.

Learning to go at my own pace and focus on God first because He wants me to be healthy and take care of myself.

Don't let the group you're in keep you from pursuing God and allowing the Holy Spirit to teach you. Surround yourself with people who are like minded in Jesus Christ and build you up in Him. Don't get stuck where you're at because of people.

@N4R0G8 I do believe demons can be in certain places. If they aren't cast out and the place isn't anointed and the authority of Jesus Christ isn't there, then they will continue to be there. It's one of the reasons why I pray and make sure I'm covered by Jesus when I go to other places.

@N4R0G8 @mscarnivore I had covid in 2021 and lost my sense of smell and taste, along with headache and other stuff, but after that I didn't get it. And the Lord blessed me further and I didn't have any symptoms or side effects afterwards. My senses and body are still very healthy too which is cool.

@N4R0G8 Fear definitely played a big part in that because if the government could get enough people to be afraid, then the government could control more. And sadly a lot of people actually took the vax and more people 💀 than they did with covid.

@N4R0G8 Wow, that's crazy! I didn't have to work so I didn't experience it but I know they were trying to force the mandate that anyone without a mask or unvax people couldn't come in the buildings. I'm glad they're starting to chill out more about it though
