What a brilliant time P5 had exploring Blawhorn Moss! We all learned so much about our local environment. Thanks Sammy and Robyn for making our morning so fun!!!! @beechbrae
@Firstport @havenstonehaven We first heard about social enterprise by word of mouth when hitch hicking and @RecycleFife picked us up. Hearing about a different model embodied in story and lived experience makes a big difference.

4 nights doing a bat survey at Beechbrae Woodland Centre, near Blackbridge, West Lothian.
4 species of bats were present, Common Pipistrelle, Soprano Pipistrelle, a Myotis bat species, probably Daubenton's bat, and Brown long-eared bat.
Sammy taught us how to chop wood safely using an axe and mallet. We split the wood to build a fire to cook our homemade pizza wraps on! 🍕🙂 @beechbrae@wlconnolly
