Mind you, she was abducted in her nighties and the hijab
So he had to give her his trousers and wear her nighty top
The baby has no clothes on
Kai Allah tsine ma if you support this government
Dear Nigerian Government,
When our children were abducted in Oyo, we saw urgency.
You deployed 1,000 forest guards. You provided updates. You showed concern. You pursued the kidnappers and eventually brought the children home.
We applauded you because we believed that response reflected the value you place on every Nigerian life.
So why has the response to the #BornoSchoolChildren been so different?
Their parents have protested repeatedly. They have pleaded for their children. Yet months later, we are still waiting for the same urgency, the same visible effort and the same determination we witnessed in Oyo.
No Nigerian is more Nigerian than another Nigerian!
It is already a failure that these children were abducted. It would be another failure to allow their parents to keep pleading while their children remain in captivity.
Give Borno the same urgency you gave Oyo and #BringBornochildrenHome.
Good morning! Over 40 children disappeared into thin air in Borno after getting kidnapped by terrorists.
37 young boys were killed by the malicious negligence of the NSCDC in Minna.
A hausa telegram network with thousands of followers selling CSAM was uncovered months ago.
where you are, what you are doing, what your plans are — death cares about none. all it cares about is it’s assignment on you and once it is time, it will carry it out regardless of the situation.
we are so relaxed for something so inevitable yet uncertain as to when and how.
Alhamdulillah!
Reintroducing H.Y. DOKSHI ESQ. A Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court Of Nigeria.
Last week, i had the privilege of being called to the largest Bar in Africa joining the ranks of the Barristers and Solicitors in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
In what was supposed to be a good and happy week, turned out to be the most difficult and grievous days of my life filled with mixed emotions. On one hand, my call to the bar ceremony and on the other hand the agony of the demise of our beloved father on the eve of my call date who has been a strong pillar in our lives thus far. Truly, It was a calamity that engulfed our family.
The pain of losing a father cannot be described, especially at such an important moment of your life, a person who labored to see you succeed, who has been always there for you in all your academic journey, only for you to lose him at the finishing line, it is quite disheartening to say the least.
I hereby dedicate this to the memory of our late Father without whose unwavering support, sacrifices, guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love this milestone would not have been possible to reach. May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings and grant him eternal rest. Ameen.
If life has taught me anything, it is that we must not stumble under this daunting circumstances, We must not dwell in the past, we have to forge our way forward to honor and cherish the memories of our late ones, for that is what He would want from us.
I would also like to use this medium to thank each and every one of my friends and acquaintances who reached out to me and my family in this difficult time. To be there for someone when it is most difficult, that’s all that a relationship entails. We really appreciate your visits, calls and condolence messages at this trying time.
Thank you 🙏
