@easyJetholidays booked hols with friends for Aug. Paid dep months ago. Trying to pay bal but whilst payment goes through initially it keeps on bouncing back. We’re getting emails to say we’ve paid in full and then a day or so later an email to say our balance is outstanding!

No one seems to be able to tell us what is going on. Bank says money is available and that EasyJet keeps on rejecting the payment. What is going on?
