@WagJag - A support rep told me on March 10 that I would hear back from them within 5-7 days. 12 days later and radio silence. I've followed up with them, still nothing. You don't even have a phone # to contact anyone? Help!!
@FidoSolutions I’m moving this week and trying to cancel my internet - the fact that you don’t do future dated cancellations is ridiculous. Help a girl out and take one thing off my plate.
Need a better system for people reclining their seats on planes. I suggest:
1) seats shouldn't recline
or
2) the person must look you dead in the eyes and recite: "I understand I'm being an asshole + crushing your laptop + invading your space, but I can't help myself"
