By far the worst train company in the uk and if you can avoid using the @CrossCountryUK trains at all cost

your service is a disgrace and even Birmingham new street has told us to get on to social media

Very easy to apologise from your chair how about get on your trains at these times and see if you’d pay for this terrible service
