@AlaskaAir Does @AlaskaAir view this as fair, thorough customer service? Adding hours of travel time to my day, hours of phone calls to confirm a flight again, and zero upfront effort to make this baseline equitable?
Alaska Air: cancels my direct flight, adds a layover, then acts like it’s no big deal — oh, and I could “just drive an hour to a different airport instead”. Phone agent doesn’t want to give me parity seats even though they’re available. @AlaskaAir
@AlaskaAir You changed my flight from direct to connecting, then did not immediately offer the same row at zero cost, but wanted to charge me for it. I had to spend hours on the phone to get the same row or worse.
