it would be cool if for once during pride there wasn’t a bunch of people saying lesbians can like men and then when lesbian push back telling us we are exclusionary and mean
a feminist talking about the punishment she is subjected to when she’s not shaving vs a trans person talking about how shaving makes them feel like a woman hmmmm
That's also why you're gonna see some lesbians say "my gender is lesbian" because indeed that's lack of interest on men get us excluded off womanhood. "Is not male centric define lesbianism this way?", pointing how we're treated isn't male centric, just basic feminism.
gay men have become so comfortable ignoring misogyny. Ten years ago, in the height of metoo, they may have considered misogyny out of fear of social ostracism. Now they are emboldened, armed with claims that all feminism is terfism and homophobia.
“disturbing” and “grotesque” being used to describe female anatomy while trying to claim it’s not misogyny and ppl are being sensitive… baby the misogyny was you the whole time 😭😭
Disturbing drag is part of the art form. It’s weird to see ppl acting like this is misogyny. If you watch “Dragula” it showcases so much worse Grotesque drag styles. It’s fair to critique this or say that you don’t find it funny. But ppl are turning it into a weird morality thing
We need to bring back shame and social excommunication like no, you shouldn't be allowed to say this stuff, even anonymously, and be permitted to move about polite society
