Extremely concerned by @JohnLewisHelp customer service. A baby bottle warped during sterilisation and the chat agent told me it’s 'very safe' to use. Then refused a refund for the faulty set because I had 'used' it. This is a massive safety and consumer rights issue.

8.5 months pregnant & left hyperventilating on the floor at Victoria after @SouthernRailUK staff mocked my mobility. 18:54 was cancelled, so I tried the 18:50 but they sent it early. Staff told me “tough, be faster” while I was in medical distress. Disgraceful. @LondonTravelW

@SouthernRailUK Please do. Rushing to depart a station so much that you slam the doors closed whilst passengers (there were multiple) are right by the train door but unable to board, ESPECIALLY on an icy platform will get someone killed. It’s a completely unsafe dispatch @railandroad

@SouthernRailUK please tell the driver of the 18:39 to Uckfield from Hurst Green to wait until people have got *on* the train before shutting the door. My husband is now stranded for an hour on a freezing cold platform because he was letting people off a packed train.

@SouthernRailUK Is this being fed back to the driver? Delay repay won’t be accepted through the automated process - not far to ask us to spend more time making up for frankly dangerous practice from the driver. He was right by the doors, and if an able bodied person wasn’t fast enough..
