The referral campaign runs through the 31st. Double Ritual Rewards points for a referral, triple if they join or buy five sessions or more.

Infrared sauna or red light therapy - doesn't matter which one they come for.

Who have you been meaning to mention it to?

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

Ask anyone a month into infrared sauna or red light therapy what changed and they almost always say sleep.
Not the thing most people come in for. Usually the thing that keeps them coming. #InfraredSauna #RedLightTherapy #GrandRapids

The biggest difference between a good infrared sauna session and a rough one isn’t the temperature. It’s whether you drank water beforehand.
Red light is easier on you that way, but hydration still helps recovery on either side.
That’s why we keep water up front.

Double Ritual Rewards points when you refer someone this month.

Triple when they join or buy a package of five sessions or more.

Infrared sauna, red light therapy - either one counts the same.#InfraredSauna #RedLightTherapy #GrandRapids

One big session beats nothing. Four ordinary ones beat one big one. True for infrared sauna, and even more so for red light—it’s cumulative. People who come back a few times get dramatically more than one-time visitors.
What’s a realistic number of visits a month for you?

It’s National Women’s Health and Fitness Day.
The piece that gets skipped is almost always recovery — the infrared sauna, the red light, the 40 minutes where nothing is required of you.
What’s one thing you’ve been meaning to do for your health but keep pushing to next week?

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

What stops most people isn’t the money. It’s feeling locked in.
Month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Pause up to 3 months for $10 and keep your rate.
Sauna + red light in all plans: $129 / $169 / $199.
Code savehalf = half off month one.
What’s the actual hesitation?

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

HSA or FSA? It changes what you should do.
HSA — yours forever, no deadline → monthly membership
FSA — for most plans, ends Dec 31 → prepaid membership, one transaction
Plans vary — check your plan. Both may be HSA/FSA-eligible with a Truemed Letter of Medical Necessity

Stress doesn’t clear because the week ended. It clears when your body gets a signal it’s safe to let go.
40 minutes of deep heat in the infrared sauna — or quiet under the red light panels — does that better than most things on a calendar.
What’s been sitting on you lately?

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

Nobody finishes a session wishing they’d spent the hour some other way.
40 minutes in the infrared sauna — or quiet under the red light panels — and Sunday feels like it belonged to you.
Open 9–3. 616-217-3361.
What would you have to move to make it happen?

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

Not everybody wants a monthly plan, so: 5 sessions is $229 (3mos), 10 is $389 (6mos), 20 is $629(12mos). Infrared sauna and red light therapy both draw from the same pack. Come when you want, at your pace. What's kept you from starting?

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

Everyone's good at the effort part. The rest part is where it actually consolidates - infrared sauna for circulation and soreness, red light for tissue repair. If summer had you moving nonstop, what have you done since to let it settle? #Recovery

[Knapps Crossing beem® Light Sauna @beem_KnappsXing]

One visit feels good and not much else. Honest version.
The real shift usually hits week 3–4: sleep settles, soreness clears faster, mornings less stiff. True of both sauna and red light.
That’s why we push the plan you’ll actually use.
What would you want it to help with?
