Great Running from Lyla again at the Mansfield National Cross country Relays, she may have a team of 1 but came home 3rd U17 lady on Leg 1 and 6th fastest leg overall (as a bottom year) and thanks to @jesswarnerjuddx and the dogs for the Pic.

@jessjuddxx @EnglandAthletic Obviously this is a way of getting elite athletics back going i.e BMC/IAAF permit meets and wouldn’t work across the whole sport yet but it would be a start 👍

@jessjuddxx @EnglandAthletic Surely with all the Covid testing out there now it should just be a matter of testing every 5 days like other sports, if you’re positive isolate for 7/14 days then re test. If you’re negative you compete, no testing no competing and if you feel unwell before 5 days get tested! 🤷
