@northernassist another shambolic journey on the 7.35 Chorley to Manchester! Hottest week on record and you send 3 carriages on a peak service and cancel the one after just to add to our misery! This is twice a week every week you short form this peak service!!! Sort it out!

@northernassist Blackpool passengers said loads of spare carriages in the sidings that could be used! I’m paying £15 a day and had to get off early and walk due to feeling faint from being crushed it really isn’t good enough! It’s a total shambles
