The time looks about right for this major breakout. Let me elaborate why:
A) October is starting Q4 which is historically bullish
- big instit. buying after summer
- people believe in it (selffulfilling prophecy)
(see post 2 for more reasons and additional charting)
#Bitcoin is pumping and it really looks like we are approaching the "end of summer correction". Here is why. We conclude with a price outlook for the rest of 2023.
A) Short-term chart (Figure): Btc has formed a double bottom, pushed above the neckline and back in the 26 - 26.5k range with heavy volume.
B) Q4 is around the corner. Market makers and funds manager are back from vacation, wall street & co. get into investment mode. Q4 is historically bullish.
C) 25k is the larger neckline supporting the price. One or more retests after a bear market are usual and necessary to fill buy orders.
D) Momentum indicators on a larger time frame (2-7 days) like RSI, MACD and MFI show weakening of the bearish trend forming divergences (we have posted before). This usually precedes reversal.
E) Time to halving and ETF decisions has shrunken to TWO quarters. Accumulation by big institution is in progress and will accelerate over the next 2 quarters.
F) Strength! Btc has - despite all predictions - not broken 25, 20, 15k... and remains strong. We conclude: a lot of buying happens between 25 and 26k and ultimately supports btc price.
Conclusion: We believe we will soon see a quick and heavy spike up. 31k is crucial and may serve as resistance. We believe Q4 will lead to a new 2023 high (target >40k).
Have you ever wondered why and how exactly #Bitcoin is achieving to run in this 4-year cyclic structure? And why you always think "this time will be different" - but in the end, it's not?
Without taking too much before hand: Take a look at the chart and see how fibonacci time zones devide and PREDICT the future price movements.
(1) - All time high
(2) - Correction and Bear market rally
(3) - Bear market
(4) - Bear market bottom
(5) - Uptrend and consolidation
(8) - New All time high
These time zones are derived from the Fibonacci sequence, a mathematical series in which each number is the sum of the two preceding ones (e.g., 0, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, ...).
In the context of trading, Fibonacci time zones are constructed by dividing the vertical price movement (from a significant low to a significant high) into several equal parts based on Fibonacci ratios. These ratios typically include 1, 1.618, 2.618, 4.236, and so on. Each of these ratios corresponds to a different time zone.
To answer the initial questions:
Well, there are several issues tha contribute to these mechanisms. To sum it up, recurring events, such as halving events (every 4 years) dominate the bigger picture. The idea behind Fibonacci time zones is that markets tend to move in these cycles, and these cycles can be roughly approximated by the Fibonacci sequence.
Traders use these zones to anticipate potential turning points in the market. So it's a lot about psychology and behavioral factors.
To sum it up: Bitcoin is right on track. Time point 5 will be over in the coming weeks/months and the bull run is about to start.
See how #Bitcoin is performing compared to other cycles.
X-axis: Time since November (Bear market bottom), 3 day timeframe
Y-axis: Percentage gains since Day 0 (30th November)
All in all, it looks like this time is NOT different :)
Every 2nd #Bitcoin chart has the RSI "Relative Strength Index) in it.
But what the heck does it actually mean?
Read this🧵, to finally understand what the RSI means + Use cases + common mistaktes.
No technical terms, (almost) no mathematical formulas!

Our outlook
2023 peak target: $50k
2024 (pre-halving): consolidation
2024 (post halving): New all time high (ATH)
2025/26 (Q4-Q1): Cycle peak
2026: Bear market

2013 - 2017 vs 2020 - 2025.
If we ignore halving date for a moment, you will find striking parallels between these two cycles.
Patterns repeat because human psychology doesn't change.
