It is easy to say “Allah does what is best” when life is going well.
But can that belief survive your most painful moments?
Mrs Erum Shakir, lovingly known as Mom, shares a conviction she has carried since the age of 20: Allah is beautiful, and He always does what is best.
Life brought immense challenges and deeply traumatic experiences, yet that belief stayed with her—even when the reasons behind her hardships were difficult to understand.
She reflects on how Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) later came into her life and reinforced this trust in Allah.
Her experience offers a heartfelt reminder: faith does not mean that pain disappears or that every question finds an immediate answer.
Sometimes, it means holding on to Allah while you are still hurting, still questioning, and still finding your way.
If you have ever wondered, “Why is this happening to me?” listen to Mom’s reflection on trusting Allah through hardship—and believing in His goodness beyond what you can see.

When every door closes, relationships fall apart,
and the people you depended on can no longer support you—where do you turn?
In this powerful reminder, Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar and spiritual successor of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA), brings us back to a truth we often forget: Allah is our Sustainer.
People, relationships, and opportunities are the means through which His care reaches us.
Syed Baba shares a deeply moving example: even when a mother loses her life during childbirth, her child’s care does not have to end with her.
Allah can provide through other hands, other hearts, and means we could never have imagined.
The loss is real.
The pain is real.
But losing a source of support does not mean you have been abandoned by the One who created you.
If you are feeling hopeless, facing closed doors, or wondering who will look after you, listen to this reminder of faith, hope, and tawakkul—trust in Allah.
The means may change.
Your Sustainer remains.
Watch and share with someone who needs this reassurance today.

What does Mayusi really do to a human being?
Mrs. Erum Shakir Mom, a Clinical Psychologist, explores mayusi through both her professional experience with patients and a deeply spiritual lens.
Mayusi can feel like darkness settling over the mind.
A person begins expecting the worst.
Negative thoughts become louder.
Waswaas become harder to escape.
Gratitude quietly disappears from sight, and instead of seeing what Allah has given us, the mind becomes consumed by what is missing, what went wrong, and what may go wrong next.
Mrs. Erum shares what she has witnessed while working with people struggling emotionally and explains the signs of hopelessness, the patterns of negative thinking, and what prolonged despair can do to a person’s inner world.
From a spiritual perspective, she reflects on another danger: when mayusi makes us lose sight of Allah’s Rehmat.
The darkness whispers: Nothing will change.
There is no way out.
Faith reminds us:
Never despair of the mercy of Allah.
Depression and anxiety are real mental-health conditions with complex biological, psychological and social contributors, and seeking professional help when needed does not contradict faith.
So how do we recognise mayusi before it consumes our thinking?
How do waswasas keep feeding negativity?
And how can gratitude, hope, spiritual connection and appropriate psychological support help us find our way towards light again?
Listen to Mrs. Erum Shakir (Mom) as she explains the psychology of hopelessness and the spiritual danger of losing hope in Allah’s mercy.

How does a person slowly drift away from Allah?
It rarely happens all at once.
It can begin with a waswasa.
A thought we entertain.
A mistake we repeat.
Then another.
Slowly, the guilt becomes weaker, the heart becomes less sensitive, and what once disturbed our conscience begins to feel normal.
And then comes one of the most dangerous traps: despair.
“I have made too many mistakes.”
“Allah will not forgive me.”
“There is no point in trying anymore.”
This hopelessness can keep a person trapped in the very cycle they desperately want to escape.
From neki to badi, from guilt to numbness, from waswasa to repetition, and eventually from hope to na-umeedi.
But the door of Allah’s mercy is not closed.
The real battle is not simply avoiding mistakes.
It is refusing to let a mistake convince you to stop returning to Allah.
In this powerful discussion by Syed Baba, discover how waswasa takes hold of the heart, why repeated mistakes can weaken our spiritual sensitivity, how despair pulls us further away, and how we can break the cycle before hopelessness becomes our state.
No matter how many times you stumble,
keep turning back.
Because the moment you still want to return to Allah, the journey back has already begun.
Listen. Reflect. Return.

If you want to change yourself, where do you actually begin?
In this Sunday Live Dua, Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar, explains the journey of self-negation and how confronting the nafs can become the beginning of better character and genuine inner transformation.
Hear the experiences of different followers of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) as they share their own journeys of self-negation: what they discovered within themselves, what they struggled to change, and how they found light, peace, hope and transformation through the Faiz of Surah Rahman.
Syed Baba explores how change begins by seeing ourselves clearly: our thoughts, our words, our reactions, our desires and our actions.
Because before trying to transform everything around us, we must first recognise what needs transformation within us.
And towards the end of the Live Dua, share in a one-of-a-kind experience of personalised Dua with Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar himself.

How Many Times Should You Make Dua?
Does Allah Always Listen?
People often ask:
How many times should I make the same dua?
How often should I pray before Allah accepts it?
Syed Baba explains that Dua is not merely the repetition or arrangement of words.
Dua is an emotion.
Dua is Ibadat.
Dua is Qurb.
Dua is your living connection with Allah.
As Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) taught, keep turning towards Allah.
Keep speaking to Him.
Keep the connection alive.
Allah can accept a dua at any moment, through any circumstance, and in ways we may never expect.
The purpose is not to count how many times you have asked. The purpose is to remain connected to the One you are asking.
The more you remember Allah, speak to Allah and return to Allah, the deeper that connection becomes.
But how do we bring rhythm, presence and sincerity into our prayers?
How do we stop merely saying words and actually become present before Allah?
How do we focus when the mind is distracted?
In this powerful guidance, Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar, explains how to transform Dua from words on the tongue into a connection of the heart.
Don’t count your Duas.
Keep the connection alive.
Allah may answer at any moment.
Listen. Reflect. Connect.
And share this guidance with someone who needs it.
One Light, Thousand Journeys.

Can we really change,
or do our nafs,
desires and old patterns keep pulling us back?
In this powerful Dua Trailer, Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar, speaks about self-negation and the difficult inner struggle required for true transformation.
Mrs. Erum Shakir (MOM) shares a profound teaching of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA): “LA se safar shuru karo.”
Begin the journey from La, from negating the false self.
Syed Baba explains how difficult it can be to fight the nafs, khwahishaat and desires within us.
What is the real Jihad? MOM explores the battle with our own thinking, while followers of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) share their experiences of beginning this journey of self-negation.
Because transformation cannot remain something we demand from the world around us.
To transform the outside, first look within.
Look at your tongue.
Your thoughts.
Your actions.
Your reactions.
Recognise who you are before deciding who you want to become.
If you genuinely want to change,
you have to strive for that change.

A beautiful house does not guarantee a peaceful home.
You can have comfort, money, beautiful surroundings and everything perfectly in place, yet still feel besakooni within.
Because real peace is not created by what surrounds you.
It begins inside the heart.
A follower of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) shares a powerful reflection: when there is peace within us, that peace flows into our relationships, our marriage, our children and the atmosphere of our home.
But when there is chaos, anger, anxiety and restlessness inside, that too can quietly trickle into the people closest to us.
A scattered house may affect appearances.
Financial circumstances may affect comfort.
But neither defines the true sukoon of a home.
So where does real peace come from?
And if we want to bring peace into our homes and relationships, should we first begin with our own hearts?
Discover how the spiritual guidance and Nisbat of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) can help us understand the journey from inner besakooni towards peace, awareness and healthier relationships.

Want to make your home feel like heaven?
It cannot be the responsibility of just one person.
A follower of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) shares a deeply personal lesson from his own married life: peace grew when husband and wife both understood their responsibilities and sincerely fulfilled their share.
He speaks about how his wife remained committed to her responsibilities, while he understood that he too had duties that could not simply disappear when circumstances became difficult.
Whatever situation life placed before him, he tried to fulfil his responsibilities towards his wife, children and home.
Because a peaceful marriage is not built by asking, “What is my spouse doing for me?”
Sometimes the more important question is: “Am I fulfilling what is expected of me?”
When husband and wife both carry their responsibilities with sincerity, understanding and mutual respect, the effect goes beyond their marriage.
Their children feel it.
Their relationships feel it.
The entire atmosphere of the home begins to change.
This is how, in his experience, two people worked together to make their home their own little heaven.
Listen to this beautiful reflection from a follower of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) and discover what responsibility, partnership and spiritual awareness can teach us about creating sukoon in married life.

Why do we remain restless even when Allah has already given us so much?
Why does one fulfilled desire so quickly become the beginning of another?
In this powerful LIVE Dua, Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar, explores the reality of dunya, our attachment to it, and the endless race of nafs, khawahish, expectations, possessions and worldly desires that can quietly consume the peace of the heart.
Syed Baba hears perspectives from followers of this Nisbat around the world.
They speak openly about their own worldly loops: what they chase, where they become lost, what creates be-sakooni within them, and how the Noor of the Quran helps them find their way back.
Mrs. Erum Shakir (MOM), Clinical Psychologist, brings another dimension to the conversation by explaining the psychology of human desire.
Human beings naturally have needs and wants, but when does wanting become an endless cycle?
Why does achieving one thing so often create the hunger for the next?
Syed Baba brings these perspectives together through the spiritual guidance carried through the Nisbat of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA).
How do we live in this world without allowing the world to live inside our hearts?
How do we fulfil our responsibilities without becoming prisoners of worldly comparison, ambition and desire?
How do we move from be-sakooni to sukoon, from endless wanting towards acceptance, and from attachment to dunya towards love and trust in Allah?
And at the end, step away from the noise for a while.
Experience a personalised LIVE Dua with Syed Baba and seek relief from the inner chaos, restlessness and burdens of this world through Dua and the Noor of the Quran.

What if the argument you see is only the surface, and underneath it is something you never tried to understand?
A follower of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) shares a deeply personal realisation about marriage.
He acknowledges something many husbands may struggle to admit: sometimes it is easier to focus entirely on a wife’s reaction, her anger, her words or her behaviour than to ask, “What made her feel this way? And what was my role in it?”
Before Nisbat, he says he could see the arguments.
Through Nisbat and the light that awakened his vision, he began to see the pain behind those arguments.
And something else changed too:
he began seeing himself.
Instead of placing the entire blame on his wife,
he learned to examine his own words,
behaviour and actions.
Perhaps she was wrong in one moment.
Perhaps he was wrong in another.
Perhaps both contributed.
As we say, تالی دونوں ہاتھ سے بجتی ہے۔
Marriage changes when accountability replaces blame.
Sometimes the breakthrough is not proving who was right.
It is finally becoming capable of seeing what the other person was experiencing.
Through the Nisbat of Qalandar Baba Bukhari (RA) and the guidance of Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar, this follower shares how spiritual awakening changed the way he looked at conflict within his own marriage.

Why does this world keep us running, wanting, chasing… yet never truly satisfied?
In this gripping Dua Trailer, Syed Baba, Waris-e-Qalandar, opens a powerful conversation about our attachment to the dunya: its endless desires, its distractions, its chaos, and the strange restlessness that remains even after we get what we once desperately wanted.
The world can appear smooth and attractive, yet attachment to it can become like holding a snake: easy to embrace, but capable of poisoning the peace within.
Mrs. Erum Shakir (MOM), Clinical Psychologist, explores this from the perspective of human psychology.
One desire is fulfilled and another appears. Another possibility, another possession, another achievement, another expectation.
Where does this race end?
Across generations, the Faqeer and people of Allah have warned against allowing the love of this temporary world to take possession of the heart.
Followers connected through this Nisbat also share their own experiences: how they become trapped in worldly loops, expectations, nafs and khawahish, and how the Noor of the Quran begins to change what the heart considers truly valuable.
What happens when we stop merely living in the world and begin living for it?
And how can the heart gradually free itself from the chaos of dunya and turn towards the love of Allah?
