@SW_Help I was on the 12:46 from Waterloo (which didn’t leave until 13:09), aiming to get the 14:24 from Woking to Guildford. The train didn’t arrive into Woking until 14:20, and the guard on the 14:24 train refused to let me onto the carriage at 14:23 so I have now missed this

@SW_Help I have claimed, thank you. The door was open and we arrived before the train was due to depart- the guard was laughing as he shut the doors on us earlier than they should have been.

@SW_Help The train was empty. Myself and three other passengers from the delayed train from Waterloo had to run from platform 4 to 6 to board the 14:24 train, we all arrived in front of the train at 14:23- the door was open,when the guard saw us he closed the door and refused to open it
