WORLD VOLLEYBALL DAY'S:
🎙: - Chcę nadal pokazywać, że siatkówka to sport pełen dziecięcych marzeń. Chcę być źródłem tych nadziei, żeby choć jedno dziecko, patrząc na moją grę i moje podejście, pomyślało: "Chcę stanąć na tej samej scenie". Chce takiej siatkówki❗️

Q: If you could turn back time and return to two years ago, when you had just finished your season with Monza in Italy and were considering joining the svl, what would you say to yourself back then?
Ran: I’d tell him, "Coming to the SV.League is great!"
At the time, I didn't know if returning to Japan was the right decision, or if staying in Italy would be better. It just so happened to coincide with the launch of the SV.League, and I was completely driven by the thought of wanting to experience something new and bring more excitement to the volleyball world. So, I’d want to tell my past self, "The things you wanted to do, or at least something very close to them, have already come true."
Q: Did you seek advice from anyone back then?
Ran: I talked it over with my parents. My dad said, "Isn't it great to play in Japan too?" while my mom said, "Haven't you always said you wanted to stay abroad?" But in the end, both of their opinions boiled down to, "Ultimately, it depends on what you want to do, Ran."
Ran also stated "Rather than walking the same path as everyone else, I prefer carving out my own. I feel that venturing into the unknown and unfamiliar is an invaluable experience in itself. "
Q: If the Ran Takahashi from two years ago heard your current self say that, how do you think he would respond?
Ran: I think he'd be absolutely shocked! He’d probably say, "Wow, you actually got to experience all of that?!" Like becoming the first champion of the SV.League, performing with the national team, and winning the Finals MVP. That being said, I think a part of him would also think, "But surely you can still do even better than that," right?

As a key player, one of ran’s goals is to score at crucial moments in order to contribute to the team.
5/8 matches ended with him scoring the winning point for japan.
