@NancyDane1@heyitspixel69 The sad truth is that the stealing of capital from others goes beyond just Wall Street. Our entire economic system is doing the same thing. Even how money is created by banks is problematic. Our entire economic system was created to funnel money to the 0.1%.
Naked shorting. Although it has been rampant for at least 20 years, you might be shocked at how many people have never heard of it. I'm hoping to change that. Here is a short sample of the prologue of my latest book The Next Target:
March 2003
“Senator, if the American public ever realizes the truth of this, they’ll lynch someone. Wall Street is perpetrating the biggest counterfeiting scheme in history! And no one is even trying to stop it, not Congress, not the SEC, and most certainly not the DTCC. These regulators you just mentioned are the villains. They’re foxes guarding the henhouse. I’ve waded through hundreds of incriminating documents, and I have proof, for all the good it’s done. I’ve talked until I’m blue in the face and gotten absolutely nowhere. I’ve pleaded with more secretaries here on the Hill than I can count, but youre the first senator who’s agreed to a face to face.”
@Cancelcloco Instead of it being about gun rights vs mental health, why not nail it and question both. Does it have to be one or the other? Couldn't you have reasonable gun laws AND address US health care at the same time?
@merry123459 The really sad story is that most Canadians are too stupid to think for themselves and too lazy to do the work needed to understand what is really driving up prices.
@CitronResearch Vulture capitalism is a plague of the US market. You're delusional for thinking that GME doesn't have a future. With that much cash, they can transform their company as they see fit. If you can't see that, you need to reevaluate your life choices.
@amitisinvesting To be fair, it never was a meme stock. That was the whole point of RK's message. It was a company getting attacked by vulture hedge funds. The company's future profitability was always there, but it took people to recognize it and get those HFs off of their backs.
Gee… I wonder what Ryan could possibly want $5 billion for… 🤔
It’s almost like he’s got a plan… and whatever it is, it’s big, and he’s about to deliver.
So fuckin bullish
@CGasparino@ryancohen@CEOAdam Okay bud. Or I could buy GME leaps
And be up over 100% in five days.
Or just hold GME shares and watch you and your buddies cry about it. Priceless.
MDMA treatment for PTSD and other mental illnesses has a big drawback — a single treatment is effective. That means small profit potential compared to lifetime treatment with conventional pharmaceuticals. Maybe that’s why an FDA advisory committee shot it down. One of the committee members actually works for Johnson & Johnson.
When I’m President the FDA will serve the public, not industry. Then we can start getting to the root of this nation’s mental health crisis.
It’s especially serious for veterans. Every hour, a veteran commits suicide. MDMA is a promising PTSD treatment, but Big Pharma hates it because it doesn't require daily pills for life.
