@sbmbankindia Who ever is reading this thread please think twice before working with SBM. They put you on really long holds when you call the customer care, they dont reply to the emails, their SLAs are 15 days and even after that, they DO NOT RESPOND.

This is from Pune nagpur express train. I paid 2000Rs for this ticket and guess what ac wasn't working and 6 people had to share 1 charging point, Which also started working only after raising a complaint.
