I wonder if Elinor does not show her feelings because she's afraid of behave like her sister, Marianne, and become impulsive. She might think she cannot afford loosing her sense, reason.

My favourite character so far is Elinor. She is so centered, she protects her mother and sister from stupid problems they might get into. She's amazing.

So far (chapter 16) she's handling this responsibility very well.

I am currently reading Sense and Sensibility to get more involved with the literature classics. 📚 #senseandsensibility
