Bee, a.k.a. Benjamin Honeygrave (surname isn't real - he made it up when he was told to), will appear much later in the main story as a vampire doctor.

Originally, Bee is a cinnamon roll of a person, but too many years of life under the curse have hardened him.

Fun fact 1: Henry (the goose) was a gift from Bee (Roach's childhood bff)

Fun fact 2: Roach gives everyone nicknames bc he can't remember normal names but his goose is Henry for some reason

It's one of the earliest comics with Roach, when I thought he was going to be the mc in a slice-of-life comedy~
I love tropes where the character, despite mystically bad luck, doesn't lose optimism (due to low intelligence, in Roach's case)
