@virginmedia thanks.We’ve had no email for 6 days aft ticket issued w no further update tiI called today.After 40 mins got thru to a customer/technical support person who assured us it wd b resolved in 2.5 hours. And that I would get a message on my mobile to confirm. This was at 6 .40 pm..
