Sloppers who have AI generate art for them now complaining about people stealing their prompts has to be the most ironic and funniest outrage I've seen all decade
I should learn by now I have to try again games I didn’t like at first. Hollow Knight, Undertale, Return of the Obra Dinn, all happened to amaze me on the later 2nd try 😄
It appears that Silkzillion gamers worldwide are trying to get their hands on Hollow Knight: Silksong, and digital storefronts are struggling to handle the traffic.
But the DRM-free Bastion stands strong 😎

@thorstenball I feel you. Now don’t play for a month or something and wait for the „session expired but we kinda don’t know about it” launcher experience 🤪 Also, with my old Zenbook I always fear the required Minecraft updates, as it takes several minutes and fails randomly
@adamwathan If I do SSH a lot, I replace the host / computer name with something short to distinguish between local and remote sessions. When no SSH, I remove it entirely
What a nice little detail in @jetbrains WebStorm. When editing a string (double or single-quote) and you type "${", it automatically transforms the string in a template literal 🙌
The probability of ditching VS Code / Cursor for WebStorm gets higher and higher 👀
I started to learn how to code 5 years ago and since then I’ve released two games which have a combined total of 750 000 units sold
I still don’t believe it myself sometimes
@zemotion Slightly related: once I told my colleague I am doing pixel art (which I started for fun, with no goal other than joy). His first question was what is my plan to monetize it 🤷♂️ Not blaming, in the end he is the type to successfully run a startup, not me 😄
I had to try a minimalistic style inspired by @mwaayk. Why? Because I love its simplicity! No highlights, just base color and shadow + black. It took me a while to figure out how to work with it.
(Used slightly modified Lospec "Sweetie 16" palette).
